I recommend taking the standard M+ AR talents.

On the way to the first mini-boss tanks will usually pull everything up to it. On higher keys, you may need to even Netherwalk as you're running since the healer won't be able to do any healing without taking aggro. You can use Imprison and Sigil of Misery as extra stops as needed since there are a lot of casters in the first area.
When fighting the second miniboss, Nakt, try to have a Reaver's Glaive available for his add spawns.

Avanoxx is relatively straight-forward, but can get messy quick. Aim to throw a glaive on the boss every add set and Chaos Strike him before moving to the adds to Blade Dance, hitting more targets with your Fury of the Aldrachi. You should always stand between the boss and the adds so the boss cannot eat them to gain Insatiable. Lastly, try to stack with your team for the Gossamer Onslaught.

For this next area, you want to be focussing down any Hulking Bloodguards, since their aura causes nearby enemies to take reduced damage. You need to also be mindful of the Sentry Stagshells and ensure their casts do not go off. They need to be CC'd rather than interrupted, but we can use Chaos Nova, Sigil of Misery, Imprison, Fel Eruption, or even Metamorphosis to stop it. Both Sigil of Misery and Imprison will work after they are stun DR'd. We can't let any Revolting Volleys go off, which are cast by the Bloodstained Webmages. If it does, it puts a large dot on all players for 10 seconds. You can Darkness for your team to try to help live it on lower keys.

This boss is pretty much tank and spank. Interrupt the adds that spawn so no one gets rooted and don't step into any of the Ceaseless Swarm wondering around.

The last hallway of trash is pretty fun as a DH, you'll get a lot of funnel off of adds into the Blood Overseers. Make sure you're always kicking their Venom Volley and dodging their Erupting Web ground effect. If you accidentally get rooted, you can always Imprison or Fel Eruption your blood, assuming your kick is on CD.

This boss is effectively single target, though you can get a bit of cleave and funnel from the bloods. Havoc players will need to do the mechanic for the pull in Cosmic Singularity, although if you Fel Rush through a pool you will be rooted at the end of your dash. This means you can take some pools that may otherwise be a little too close to the boss. You are able to Netherwalk the damage of Cosmic Singularity, but you'll still get the debuff Faded, which reduces your damage done and increases your damage taken. It's always better to just do the mechanic as intended.
